This is an excellent opportunity to join our Scientific and Regulatory
Support Services at our Princeton, NJ Research & Technology Center. In

The Global QA Coordinator oversees and coordinates activities to ensure
on-site and contract laboratory compliance of Good Laboratory Practices
(GLP) for the Agricultural Products Group (APG).
Responsibilities:
 |
Support the process to evaluate and identify external GLP laboratories
that meet APG standards. |
 |
Lead efforts to raise current awareness level of GLP (EPA, TSCA, etc) &
update key staff and management. |
 |
Provide GLP training for FMC personnel, contract labs, and field
cooperators involved in GLP studies. |
 |
Monitor studies through internal and external inspections and audits to
assure com¬pli¬ance with GLP, the protocol and appropriate SOP’s &
ensure any deviations are appropriately documented. |
 |
Work with contract laboratories to finalize and prepare study reports
for presentation to management. |
 |
Inspect domestic and international contract facilities (field and lab)
for compliance with GLP standards. |
 |
Maintain written records of all inspections and audits, submit to study
director and management, and resolve any issues. |
 |
Coordinate EPA GLP inspections of the Princeton facility and follow up
on any findings or suggestions. |
 |
Approximately 20-40% travel required. |
Experience:
 |
Minimum of 3 years Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent,
especially in FIFRA GLP. |
 |
Minimum of 3-5 years of Agricultural products R&D experience or
equivalent industry. |
 |
Knowledge of global GLP regulations (EU-25, OECD, Brazil, etc.) is
desirable. |
 |
Ability to train others in GLP practices and procedures as needed. |
 |
Strong knowledge of regulatory process and science practiced in the
development of pesticides. |
 |
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills including negotiation,
conflict resolution, influencing & motivating. |
 |
Excellent oral and written communication skills. |
 |
Strong analytical capability to analyze data, process information
and provide recommendations to key staff and management. |
 |
Strong process orientation and the ability to organize, schedule,
and prioritize workload. |
 |
Ability to work with senior management to manage resources and meet
timelines. |
 |
Strong commitment to and awareness of safety practices. |
Education:
 |
Bachelors or advanced degree in Chemistry, Biology, related science,
or equivalent. |
