Position Summary: Newly created high exposure position offering a very challenging and exciting opportunity to establish and enhance SOPs for domestic and international Clinical Operations activities for both Clinical Development Studies/Trials (i.e. Phase I, II & III) and post-approval Clinical Studies/Trials (Phase IIIb & IV).

Company Description: A highly regarded, successful and profitable Global Pharmaceutical Industry Leader with multiple FDA approved drugs/treatments/devices and a very active development pipeline.

Location: Warren, NJ

Compensation: Compensation will vary depending upon depth and quality of relevant experience with Clinical Operations SOPs, GCPs and QA. Base salary compensation range is $110k to $130k plus bonus and an attractive benefits package.

Position Description (In a nutshell): Report directly to Sr. Management in this newly created position responsible for creating, enhancing and implementing SOPs for planning and conducting domestic and international Clinical Studies/Trials in all phases (i.e. Phase I through IV) for a large Pharma company with a very active development pipeline.

Requirements:

Strong clinical operations experience gained working for a major pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology company, and/or CRO for 10 or more years

Strong experience creating and improving SOPs for clinical operations

bullet

Proven cross functional Project Leadership track record

bullet

Excellent communication skills

bullet

Capability and willingness to travel up to 30% to domestic and international locations as necessary
